Head of Risk Management Framework

Lead. Influence. Strengthen the future of risk. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and maintaining the Group’s Risk Management Framework, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer for the next 12 months before transitioning to report to the General Manager, Compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in risk and compliance within complex financial services environments
• Deep understanding of the Australian regulatory landscape, including APRA and ASIC
• Strong expertise in risk frameworks, capital risk, and model risk governance
• Experience within superannuation or investment management (highly regarded)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioural change
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Experience navigating transformation or remediation environments
