We're looking for a senior risk leader to take ownership of our People & Culture (P&C) risk portfolio, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape safe, sustainable and forward-looking people practices across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services
- Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and the three lines of defence model
- Knowledge of P&C processes and regulatory environments (APRA, ASIC, Fair Work, Privacy, WHS)
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills-you can influence, challenge and partner at senior levels
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and execution
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a large, complex environment
