Job Description
As a Claims Consultant, you will manage life insurance claims from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for our customers. You will independently manage a portfolio of TPD and IP claims, assess and finalise claims payments, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Life insurance claims management experience within Group policy
- IP and/or TPD claims experience is ideal
- Workers Compensation or Return to Work claims management experience with an Allied Health background
