Job Description
As a Claims Consultant within our Group space across AusSuper, you will manage life insurance claims from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of TPD and IP claims, assessing, analysing, calculating and finalising claims payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Life insurance claims management experience within Group policy - IP and/or TPD claims experience is ideal
- Workers Compensation or Return to Work claims management experience with an Allied Health background
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & time-management skills
- Excellent communication & empathy to support customers during challenging times.
- Solid understanding of injuries, ilnesses and tratement
