Claims Consultant, Group Claims - CBUS position at TAL in Melbourne, Australia. Manage high-value, underwritten TPD claims with technical expertise and knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act. Requirements
- Extensive life insurance claims management experience across Group or Retail
- Strong technical expertise across complex TPD claims
- Strong understanding of insurance legislation and frameworks (e.g., Insurance Contracts Act)
- Background in law or allied health (e.g., OT) is highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills, resilience, and confidence managing complex and sensitive claims
- Solid understanding of injuries, illnesses and treatment
