As a Claims Technical Specialist at TAL, you'll provide expert technical guidance across Income Protection, Life, Trauma and TPD claims, driving quality assessments and positive outcomes for customers. You'll partner with Claims Managers to build capability and continuously improve the way we do claims.
Requirements
- Proven experience in life insurance claims with strong technical expertise developed in a senior claims or specialist role.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, uplift capability and embed technical knowledge across claims teams.
- Strong understanding of life insurance legislation, codes of practice and regulatory requirements, applied confidently in claims assessment.
- Ability to think critically, identify barriers and develop practical solutions to support sound claim outcomes.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
