Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, culture enhancement, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct workforce analytics and prepare reports to inform executive decision-making
- Develop and manage HR budget efficiently
