All Programs - Energy Advisor I

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Advisor I to provide services to homeowners, landlords, and utility customers. The role involves direct installation of energy-saving products, promoting energy efficiency programs, and providing expert advice to customers. The position combines field work with office time and requires a strong customer service and sales background.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• 1 – 2 years of experience in the electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or sales, commercial and industrial lighting, conservation and energy management, or related experience
• Previous energy efficiency and/or energy modeling experience (Preferred)
• Previous customer service, sales, or marketing experience
• Valid driver’s license
