All Programs - Energy Advisor II

Franklin Energy is seeking an Energy Advisor II to provide energy advice and coordination services for customers, including trade partner facilitation, and identify opportunities for energy efficiency. The role combines field work with office time and requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Direct installation of energy saving products
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and stakeholders
• Manage field time effectively and develop presentations to create awareness about the program
• Work with utility customers to provide energy efficiency and business activities
• Identify and document on-site opportunities and provide follow-up as required
• Enter data into spreadsheets and database to determine energy savings and manage current projects
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior
• Build quick rapport with customers and collaborate with Energy Engineers as required
• Provide written summary reports to customers and client/Program Manager
• Assist Program Manager in training new team members and lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs
• Assist customers through the rebate application process and install energy efficiency products
