Franklin Energy is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for clean energy. This role is responsible for providing services directly to homeowners, landlords, and utility customers, promoting energy efficiency and recommending modifications to electric and/or gas systems.

Requirements

• Direct installation of energy saving products
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers and trade allies
• Adhere to safety requirements and regulations
• Manage field time effectively with customer, Trade Ally and program stakeholder visits
• Develop and deliver presentations to create awareness about the program
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Work with utility customers to provide energy efficiency services
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior
• Build rapport with customers and collaborate with team members
