Franklin Energy is seeking an Outreach Specialist I to develop, coordinate, and implement outreach functions and performance for new and legacy programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Apply fundamental sales processes and procedures
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Recruit, train, and educate contractors and customers
• Develop and present program presentations
• Maintain knowledge of program 'Best Practices'
