Job Description
Aspen Surgical is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support Operations organization, providing financial analysis, performance measurement, and decision support. The role involves leading financial analysis, developing costing models, and partnering with Operations leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of costing, financial planning, forecasting, operational analysis, manufacturing P/L
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Planful) a plus.
