Our client, a prominent group of companies in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Governance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements, manages corporate governance policies, and maintains high standards of quality and compliance through the implementation of Six Sigma, ISO standards, and internal quality audits.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance and governance framework
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards
• Lead Six Sigma initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce operational risks
• Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement
• Advise senior management on compliance and governance matters
• Develop and deliver training programs on compliance, governance, and quality standards
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all reporting and communication are timely and accurate
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Stay current with regulatory changes and adjust the compliance strategy to ensure ongoing adherence
• Prepare and present detailed reports to the board of directors on compliance, governance, and quality management activities
