Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong billing and invoicing expertise to support logistics, freight, and customs clearance operations. Proficiency in Russian and excellent communication skills required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Russian (mandatory) and fluent English.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
