Job Description
We are seeking a Reservation Agent or Reservation Supervisor (Arabic Speaking) to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Kuwait. As a Reservation Agent or Reservation Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving guest satisfaction and revenue generation by providing exceptional service to our valued clientele.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a Reservation Agent or similar role in a 5-star hotel environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer skills, including reservation management systems (PMS)
