Clinical Social Worker position providing counseling services to clients/residents in long-term care facilities. Excellent organization, time-management, and computer skills required.
Requirements
- Daily travel required
- LISW or LISW-S
- Ohio license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
- Energetic and ambitious attitude

- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR)
