Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Leeds office. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of commercial real estate transactions, act for a range of clients, and contribute to business development initiatives within the department.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 7–8 years PQE in commercial property law
- Proven experience handling a wide range of real estate matters independently
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical legal solutions
- Experience supervising junior team members is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
