Job Description
A Solicitor is required to join the Commercial property team at our Dartford office, with a focus on non-contentious commercial matters, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, and secured lending.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
- IT literate
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage own caseload and meet tight deadlines and targets
