Corporate Finance Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at Talent Insider. As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities, analyzing valuation and returns, and preparing the company to go IPO. You will also be managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements, collaborating with senior leadership, and prioritizing departmental activities to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA degree highly preferable
• Over 5 years experience of both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience
• Experience in dealing with investors directly
• Experience in handling deals projects directly
• Strong analytical skill to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to build cross discipline relationships
• High level of ethics and integrity
