Corporate Finance Manager

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. The company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to evaluate and execute M&A and other investment opportunities, analyze valuation and returns, and oversee transaction due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in dealing with investors and handling deals projects. The company is registered in Singapore & Indonesia and has a strong regional presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Over 5 years experience of both Big 4 Advisory and real-sector experience
• Have had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully delivered
• Have vast network within capital market
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
