Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. Direct and manage the overall FP&A strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaborate with senior management on long-term business plans and scenario planning, supporting major initiatives and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
• At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles
• Broad understanding of business processes, process auditing and internal control concepts
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
