Engineering & Maintenance Manager

Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies, drive reliability and downtime reduction, and oversee maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management
• Proven experience with TPM, RCM, and other reliability improvement programs
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment such as transformers, dedusting systems, belt conveyors, and mixing systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including experience with root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LSS, Kaizen, CI)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
