HR Supervisor

Talent Insider is seeking an HR Supervisor to develop and implement HR strategies, oversee recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and handle employee relations issues. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from reputable university
• Proven experience as an HR Lead/SPV or in a similar HR role, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
