Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, oversee recruitment and selection process, manage employee onboarding and offboarding, handle employee relations issues, and develop employee benefits programs.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from reputable university
- Proven experience as an HR Lead/Spv or in a similar HR role, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
