Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled in prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs when required
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies
