Requirements

• Experience in high-growth start-ups and/or FinTech industry
• Equivalent of 4-7 years experience in human resources or people roles in Indonesia
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Clear and effective communicator
• Ability to work in and lead a team in an ambiguous environment
• Experience in crafting culture and people needs for early stage companies
