Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Min. 6th semester university student majoring in Psychology, Business Management, Communication, Engineering, or any related field from top universities in Indonesia.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to commit to a minimum 3-6 months internship.
- Familiar with drafting agreements and handling administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
