Manage end-to-end HR processes, work closely with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and administer HR policies and procedures. Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement and facilities management.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR and admin experience
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employment processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to create a good working environment
