Job Description

The role is for an energetic and dedicated individual to join our well-established business as an Agency Sourcing Specialist, partnering with Account Managers to source, screen, and interview candidates for various job vacancies.
Requirements
- Validating the candidates' working rights for Australia
- Performing in-depth Reference Checks
- Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process
- Arranging Police and DCSI screening checks
- Smash the phone calls – circa 50-80 per day
- Advertising job opportunities
- Screening candidates over the phone, Zoom calls and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face
- Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates for positions in our corporate and government clients using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools
- Support a very strong sales team
