Our client, a small CPA firm in Mount Kisco, NY, is seeking an Accounting/Tax Staff to join their firm. Great work/life balance for the right person!
Requirements
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Daily reconciliation of cash
- Set up auto debits/payments
- Automate critical payments
- Responsible for collections
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Monthly adjusting Journal Entry posting
- Review Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
- Manage and maintain Chart of Accounts
- Process Payroll
- Prepare individual tax returns
- Create work papers for S-Corp and Partnership return preparation
- Research and respond to client Tax Notices
