Talentful is seeking a GTM Recruiter to find and attract top talent for high-growth technology companies. The role involves sourcing passive candidates using multiple techniques, working with stakeholders, providing excellent candidate experience, and scheduling interviews. Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing experience
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
