Head of Product/CPO for iGaming Company

Magnetics is a digital company that develops and scales its own online products across competitive and fast-paced markets. We are looking for a great Chief Product Officer to join our awesome Product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management
• Experience in leadership role in gray niche
• Proven hands-on experience with leading real-money platforms
• Strong command of performance-based product KPIs relevant to real-money or high-engagement platforms
• Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience owning a product backlog, managing roadmaps, and delivering results in agile environments
• Solid understanding of SDLC practices and ability to implement and maintain them within the team
• Deep knowledge of industry trends, user behaviours, and platform capabilities within high-compliance digital environments
• Highly proactive, driven, and results-oriented – a self-starter who leads with ownership and initiative
