Our partner is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and scale their outbound sales development function, coaching and developing early-career sales talent and refining outbound strategies to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing or coaching Business Development Representatives or Sales Development Representatives within a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, and personalization
- Proven ability to drive pipeline generation and meet or exceed performance targets
- Experience working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems)
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week
