Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound prospecting role
- Demonstrated success or strong comfort with high-volume cold calling and outbound pipeline generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
- High level of organization, follow-through, and personal accountability
- Comfort operating in a startup environment where speed, adaptability, and initiative matter
- Thoughtful, proactive approach to prospecting rather than purely activity-driven outreach
- Interest in technology and curiosity around AI tools, workflow automation, and modern go-to-market systems
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn, iterate, and help improve process over time
