The Manager, Sales Development will help define SDR goals, hire and lead Sales Development Representatives, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize pipeline and sales. They will also articulate and sell Talkdesk products & services, and participate in company and office meetings to share progress and drive resolution.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience in sales functions
- 1 - 3 years experience in the SaaS industry
- 1 - 2 years experience with building, managing and guiding sales/SDR teams
- Strategic thinking and execution
- Strong planning, writing, presentation, and communication skills
- âHunterâ mindset with ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Fluent in English
