As a Manager, Sales Development, you will hire, mentor, develop, and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives. You will facilitate the ramp up for new team members, motivate them to exceed objectives, and provide growth opportunities for SDRs to develop into full-cycle sales representatives.
Requirements
- Experienced in hi-tech direct sales
- Motivated by helping people grow
- Familiar with SaaS/Cloud and Salesforce
- Proven in your written and verbal communication
- Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team management
- Able to work cross-functionally, leveraging your organizational and time management expertise
