As a Principal Consultant - Customer Enablement, you will be responsible for enabling Talkdesk Professional Service teams to deliver exceptional implementations, building a depth of knowledge in critical product & industry areas, and partnering closely with Talkdesk's product, implementation and sales teams to identify issues, close gaps and continuously improve Talkdesk products and deployment of products.
