Solutions Engineer - Banking & FSI (East)

Talkdesk is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Banking & FSI to help accelerate their success in a new decade of transformational growth. The ideal candidate will have industry-related experience in selling to SMBs and Mid-Market sized enterprises, and will be able to command the attention in a room by delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements

• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, MIS or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years as a Solutions Engineer in SaaS
• Industry related experience in selling to SMBs, and Mid-Market sized enterprises
• Ability to command the attention in a room by delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations
• Good problem solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to lead technical discussions and demonstrations with customers
