HR/Senior Benefits Analyst

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to implement and monitor group benefits programs and assist with compensation, retirement, and human resources functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Three (3) years of job-related experience, including general benefits
• Strong expertise in benefits, familiarity with regulatory agencies, state and federal laws and requirements for all areas of benefits administration and compliance
• Strong employee relations and analytical skills
