Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a clear focus on conceptual and analytical thinking to plan and conduct user research, advise customers, and translate user findings into decision-making bases. You will work in an environment that uses evidence-based, pragmatic, and AI-supported methods.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in UX design and user research for digital products (Web, SaaS, Dashboards, Apps)
- Experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking: You recognize patterns in user data, structure findings, and lead to traceable recommendations
- Strong customer focus and excellent advisory skills, you can convey findings clearly and facilitate decisions together with stakeholders
- Experience with common AI tools and the ability to use them purposefully in research and design workflows, including experience with MCPs
- Safe handling of Figma and common research and prototyping tools
- Routine in collaborative work with a product team
- You are able to structure your own work independently
- Fluent German and English are a must
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to grow professionally
