Job Description
Talos is seeking a Client Services Engineer to help streamline client service by creating automation and instrumentation solutions. The role involves identifying common client issues, developing proactive solutions, and maintaining system stability through real-time monitoring.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing support / engineering role
- Engineering degree or quantitative equivalent or similar experience
- Programming and / or scripting experience (Python, shell, React)
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with distributed systems / cloud services is nice to have
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, telemetry, and SRE principles is advantageous.
- Programming experience with generative AI (ChatGPT) and Bot-based solutions via chat (Slack) is nice to have
- Experience with trading systems in either capital markets or digital assets strongly preferred
