We are looking for a Senior Manager, People Team to act as a trusted partner and advisor to Talos leaders and employees across our EMEA region, ensuring that Talos remains a great place to work while driving organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity.
- Expertise in London employment practices; knowledge of employment law across other EMEA jurisdictions is a plus.
- Proven experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Strong track record of advising leaders, resolving employee relations matters, and leading HR programs end-to-end.
- Passionate about understanding business goals and building people solutions that drive growth and innovation.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experienced across a broad set of HR disciplines, including, learning & development, performance management, policies, and organizational effectiveness.
- Forward-thinking, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity, bringing creativity to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Trusted partner with the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate outstanding judgment.
