Trainer - Builders Program

We're seeking a Trainer for our Builders Program to deliver training programs for our Customer and Partner Care teams. The trainer will be responsible for onboarding new hires, reinforcing operational knowledge, and supporting continuous learning across the Care organization.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a full-time training role within customer support, partner support, customer service, or a related environment
• TOT certification is a strong plus
• Strong training and development skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A deep understanding of customer service principles and best practices
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business processes
