Job Description
TAMKO is seeking a Territory Manager to sell products to business and industrial establishments. The role involves driving customer satisfaction, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Inspect residential and commercial roofs
- Teach customers and contractors the proper installation of roofing materials
- Conduct meetings and make presentations to groups
- Write detailed reports and various types of business correspondence
- Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate activities and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers
- Display or demonstrate products using samples or catalogs and emphasize salable features
- Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
- Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of company production and delivery schedules
