Advanced Practice Provider - Advanced Heart Failure

We are recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology team at Tampa General Hospital. The APP will work closely with the on-call attending Physician and be responsible for new patient evaluation and admission, follow-up care for inpatients, and management of patients on mechanical circulatory support devices.

Requirements

• Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
• PA and/or NP, with Acute Care or Gerontology certification
• Advanced Heart Failure, Transplant, and General Cardiology experience preferred
