Job Description
Tampa General Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology service.
Requirements
- Evaluate, admit, and manage patients with advanced heart failure and cardiogenic shock
- Provide ICU-level care, including invasive hemodynamic monitoring
- Manage mechanical circulatory support devices (LVAD, IABP, Impella CP/5.5/RP Flex, ECMO)
- Oversee chronic and acute inotrope therapy
- Support pre- and post-operative heart transplant patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
