Business Development Manager (Second Charge Mortgages)

As a Business Development Manager at Tandem, you will drive growth by educating brokers on the benefits of second-charge mortgages and ensuring our products are their first choice for clients who aren't a fit for mainstream lending. This role involves relationship management, education, pipeline management, market growth, and regulatory compliance. Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the mortgage or financial services sector
• Strong negotiation skills, confident at presenting and public speaking, and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves significant travel to brokerages
