As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our brand to mortgage brokers and intermediaries, driving growth by educating brokers on the benefits of second-charge mortgages and ensuring our products are their first choice for clients who aren't a fit for mainstream lending.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the mortgage or financial services sector
- Strong negotiation skills, confident at presenting and public speaking, and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves significant travel to brokerages
- CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent is highly desirable but not essential
