Medical Operations Associate - Hospitals

Requirements

• Motivated by improving clinical workflows and reducing clinician admin burden
• Experience working in or alongside hospital settings (clinical background is a plus, but not required)
• Operationally strong and capable of running implementation plans end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment and structured project management
• Strong communication skills and can work with clinicians, operations leaders, and IT teams
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded, especially in higher-acuity environments
