Requirements

• Support hospital implementations from A to Z
• Be the point of contact on-site to ensure product works well in practice
• Quickly resolve issues and distinguish operational and technical issues
• Promote active use of product and work with key users
• Collect structured feedback and link improvement points to Product and Engineering teams
• Support safety and quality controls according to internal processes
• Work with commercial and support teams to make implementations successful
